is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your nonpublic
personal information. We appreciate the sensitivity of your private
infomation disclosed to us and pledge to treat it with the highest
level of care.
Copyright
Information
All the wedding invitation designs on our website are protected
by United States copyright law. They may not be reproduced or distributed
without written permission from iCatching Cards.
Return Policy
We do not accept
returns of invitation samples and do not issue refunds. The start-up
fee is not refundable once we have started working on designs
for you. All returns of blank cards purchases are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
iCatching Cards Terms and Conditions for Custom Invitations orders
Refund/Return Policy.
General.
iCatching cards will offer a partial refund on orders that have
not gone to print, once the custom order has been placed with
our printers we cannot offer any refunds. The maximum refund
allowable for any order will be the Order Total minus the Startup Fee
($80) and any extra e-Proof Fees. iCatching Cards does not permit
returns on Custom Invitation orders.
Misprints. It is the customers
responsibility to ensure that the approved order (including
e-proof, chosen ink style and color) is to the customers full
satisfaction and has no flaws (spelling mistakes, alignment, centering
etc) before the order goes to print.
In the unlikely case a printing error does occur through no fault of
the customer, a free re-print will be offered. Other reprints
will be negotiated on a per order basis.
Customers are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the
iCatching Cards sample service, to ensure that the chosen design meets
requirements.
Tax Policy.
US Orders With the exception of the State of California,
iCatching cards is not responsible for collecting Sales Tax on behalf
of the customer.
Non-US (International) orders. iCatching cards will
not be responsible for paying any import duties/taxes (such as
VAT) imposed by any country. All such charges are the customers
responsibility.
