To order blank wedding invitation cards, use our secure on-line
shopping cart by clicking on "add to cart" buttons on
each design's web page. Please allow up to three days for orders to be processed.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
For printed cards, we strongly recommend ordering 7 weeks or more in advance.
Get Pricing Quote1. Obtain Price Quote: Use our convenient on-line tool to
obtain a price quote. In order to place an order you must create and save a quote.
2. Submit Order Request: Once you're ready to place an order, please use
the price quote from step 1 to submit your information.
We will review your request and email to confirm if we are able
to complete the order within your indicated time frame.
3. Pay Startup Fee: In the email to
confirm your order, we will request a $80 startup fee, which is
deductable from your final order. At this stage you will also be
asked to submit your invitation text/wording.
4. Electronic Proofs: Once we receive your startup
fee and finalized text, our designer will email you an electronic
proof of your invitation wording layout. The first two proofs are free
and after that it will be $10 each (extra Chinese e-proofs are $15
each).
5. Customer Approval & Final Payment: When you are satisfied
with the electronic proof and ready to proceed with printing, please
send us the remaining balance and the signed order contract.
6. Production: Upon the receipt of your final payment, we will send your
order to production. The actual production time depends on your particular design. Orders with handmade designs
and assembly requests usually take longer than others.
We also provide a rush service for those who are in a hurry.
The order process here is pretty much the same, except we skip the startup fee step, and request final payment right away. The time spent in e-proofing and production will also be shortened to meet your target date.
The rush process will cost additional 10% of order total, starting from $50.
